Still wondering? Here are the answers to the questions we hear most.
How much does the program cost?
Nothing. The Mentorship Program is completely free for employees of BSIA member companies.
Who is eligible to apply?
Anyone employed by a BSIA member company. There's no minimum experience requirement — the program welcomes people at every stage of their career.
Do I get to choose my mentor?
The BSIA team makes the matches based on the goals and background you share in your application. If there's someone on the list you'd particularly like to learn from, mention it on the form and we'll do our best.
How much time will it take?
Plan for at least one meeting a month with your mentor over nine months, plus the launch event on November 18. You and your mentor set the schedule that works for you.
Are meetings in person or virtual?
Either. Meet over coffee, on the phone or by video call — whatever suits you and your mentor.
