Since 1967, Beaver has built a reputation for practical problem-solving, responsive service, and high-performance insulation solutions. As a second-generation, Canadian family-owned business, we continue to build on that foundation. What began as Beaver Plastics has steadily evolved alongside the construction industry, expanding our capabilities, product offering, and the markets we serve.
Beaver Thermal Solutions is a Western Canadian manufacturer of expanded polystyrene (EPS) and graphite polystyrene (GPS) insulation systems engineered for modern construction. Our solutions support residential, commercial, civil, and OEM markets across Western North America.
Why the Name Changed

As our company continued to grow, it became clear that the Beaver Plastics name no longer fully represented who we had become. Our transition to Beaver Thermal Solutions Inc. reflects that evolution, moving from primarily manufacturing EPS products to providing a broader range of engineered insulation and thermal solutions focused on building performance.

The word “Solutions” is an important part of that evolution. It reflects how we approach our customers and their projects. These principles have long been part of how Beaver does business, and our new identity brings them to the forefront.

Our portfolio has expanded to include high-performance EPS and GPS insulation, insulated concrete forms, radiant heating solutions, geofoam, void-form, roofing insulation, radon vented panels, and other engineered products.
The Beaver name remains because our history matters. The transition from Beaver Plastics to Beaver Thermal Solutions is not about leaving that history behind; it is about building on it. Our new identity better represents who we are while positioning us for continued growth and innovation.
