Let’s ensure a smooth training experience. To maximize your learning experience and minimize disruptions, please note the following guidelines:

• Log in 15 minutes early for the first session of each level to resolve any technical issues.
• Test your microphone, camera and audio controls a few days before each session.
• Desktops and laptops are both acceptable. (A mouse is recommended over a laptop trackpad.)
• For best results, use two monitors if possible: one for the course and one to follow instructor exercises.
• Apple PC, iPads and mobile devices are not recommended.
