For more than two decades, the Building Supply Industry Association of British Columbia has sponsored a group benefits program that allows BSIA members the opportunity to purchase group insurance protection for employees and their families.  Participating members are as diverse as independent retail operations to large manufacturers and suppliers. Collectively, they enjoy the cost advantages and price stability of a larger combined group. Individually, they have the flexibility to choose their own health plan design.

The BSIA can tailor a benefit program by providing an ‘apples to apples’ comparison with any current plan. This ability allows the association to best match human resource needs and budgetary objectives of its members.

Effective February 1, 2018, the BSIA is pleased to welcome ZLC Financial as their insurance broker providing member companies with professional advice and support regarding employee benefit issues and emerging market trends.

The increased benefits offered by a strong group benefits plan gives a real advantage to companies in attracting and retaining valuable employees.
