Membership Types & Eligibility
Memberships are available to any person, firm, or corporation:
Memberships are available to any person, firm, or corporation:
- Engaged in the retail business of selling building supplies or hardware to the end user,
- Engaged in the manufacturing or distribution of products to the retail building supply industry
- Providing services to the retail or wholesale building supply industry.
To join the Building Supply Industry Association of B.C., simply print the form below and mail or fax it to the BSIA, office. There is an annual fee for the services provided by the BSIA, and the rates are listed below.
- Retail Head Office - A head office that supplies services to retail store outlets - $399.00
- Retail Store - An individual hardware or building materials retail outlet - $199.00
- Wholesale Head Office - A stocking wholesaler, distributor or manufacturer - $399.00
- Wholesale Branch/Salesperson - A branch office of a wholesaler. Must have at least one head office membership first - $169.00
- Manufacturer's Agent - A non-stocking wholesaler - $199.00
- Associate - Providing services to retail or wholesale building supply industry - $399.00
